Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
Example : https://kriesi.at/support/enfoldScroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

There was an issue with Amazon server so i’m not sure if that caused a problem. If it’s a new site without any content please user a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ to clear old data and re-import new demo files.
Alternately defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Please try disabling the default lightbox feature from Enfold theme options and try the plugin again. If it still does not work for you I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

I’m not sure what you mean but if you are trying to add a shadow effect along with the gradient have you tried the box-shadow inset property?

Do not worry the icons imported to theme options will not be lost. You can always take a backup of theme options from Enfold > Import/Export . Child theme is just like your main theme but it stores all your modifications and only depends on main theme for the files that are not inside the child theme folder.

We do recommend installing a child before updating the theme :)

Thank you for the credentials, we checked your settings under Enfold > Header > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs and updated the option to show both titles and breadcrumbs.
Also noticed you are using an old version please updated the theme to latest version.

You are using a very old version of the theme. Please update to the latest version 4.0.2
If you do not see the update options. Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Your child theme will be untouched by the update of main theme however if you have made any code changes to the main theme php files it will be lost as the main theme files get’s updated.
I assure you nothing will happen to the child theme files and all changes will still reflect on frontend after the update :)

Yes, that is correct we are a global team and we do support 24/7 so please request your hosting company to grant normal access so our support team can login from anywhere and once the issue is fixed you can change your settings back :)

In the new update some elements do have live preview . You may not see the changes correctly until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
