The header layout can be changed from Enfold > Header options.
If you like to add a picture in the header please create a header widget area by applying the code provided in this link to functions.php http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
You can then easily place the image by dropping a text widget area inside the header widget from Appearance > Widgets

Image elements can open a lightbox window and display any content inside it for example the list of course.
1. Create a new page with your content inside it and hide the header and footer from the sidebar options.
2. Under Link Settings select “Set Manually” and “Open in same window” Copy the page URL and add ?iframe=true to the end of the link.
example : If the new page created to display in the lightbox is http://kriesi.at the link to open it in lightbox will be http://kriesi.at?iframe=true

The separators can be disabled from Enfold > Header > Header Layout > Separator between menu items

Content width can be changed from Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions and this will affect the whole site.
If you like to change the width for just one page please use a color section and give it a #ID
Using custom css you can target custom ID.
If you have any issue with it provide a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

That’s strange it’s happening only on FF.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
5. Try deactivating the enfold theme and activate default wordpress theme.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

You can choose to display only one number instead.

That’s a very nice suggestion please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

You have to clear the cache manually. I assume you have come accross this technique to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
