That space is normally hidden on mobile but I do not see that code on your end.
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

I see that Lato and Monserat are loaded to the page and not the PT Sans Narrow, also the theme does not really load the font-weight 100 YOu need to upload custom fonts if you want to use them. So your styles do not really work.

All the elements are added to the bottom of the page, you need to check at the very bottom if those elements were added. I cannot see from the video that they are not added. Did you check?
Please make a test page and try playing with it.
