It might be easier to make this menu to be your main menu and move the icons to the secondary menu, and then just try to adjust positioning.

You might want to upgrade your php version, php5.4 might not work properly very soon, it should be at least php5.6.3, but better php7.

I am seeing the header image on the desktop and on my iPhone. Did you get it working or am I looking at a wrong image? Also, no 404s in the console, which means all image paths are fine now.

Those images are now used as background images and so the code above does not apply.
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
