I was able to show 1 product with no autorotation, but you still need to choose to show 2 columns since there is no option for 1 column.

Those elements are present on the blog posts built with the default editor, not with the Advanced Layout Builder. You can add the social share as an Advanced Layout Builder element
and add a content slider with the posts in the same category

In your child theme, you have header.php and helper-main-menu.php, these can be outdated, you need to update them with a fresh copy, please keep in mind if you have customizations there, you might lose them, you will need to add the customizations on top of the fresh copies.

Well, if you build posts with the Advanced Layout Builder you don’t get the post meta out of the box and you need to make some shortcode and modify templates to be able to show it in the single post.
You can build your posts with the default editor and use the magic wand too to use the Advanced Layout Builder elements and you will get all the posts’ meta displayed.
