Are those going to be just images or portfolio items? It is better to use the masonry with 3 columns and large gaps.

A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

I cannot seem to get the menu to stretch.

I was trying to go to the pages of this sub-menu but most links go 404. So I cannot see if the menu items get the current menu item class. Is there a working link?

The code I gave you does not switch the color, it just shows one logo and hides another one. You can try adjusting colors if you need.

The grid does not have the container that can be limited like that. So you need to use some other elements. Like 1/1 and two 1/2 inside.
