Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I am glad that you got it working for you with the previous issue. But that issue and this issue are still out of the scope of the support that we provide here.

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme or adding functionality to them is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

Hi CBurgo,

Yes, when you have a child theme, the files copied to it are not updated when the parent theme is updated. The files in the child theme have to be manually updated and the changes made in them need to be added on top of the fresh copy.

The image aspect ratio does not allow the image to scale and fill up the space that is available in this case. The image has to be less in width and more in height.
