    ihr Theme Enfold benutze ich schon lange, aber nun finde ich meine Zugangsdaten für den Support nicht mehr. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie mir dabei helfen können und mir die Zugangsdaten noch einmal zusenden.

    i use different email and i dont remeber wich one i use on the forum.

    My adresses are like:
    (Email address hidden if logged out)
    (Email address hidden if logged out)
    (Email address hidden if logged out)
    (Email address hidden if logged out)
    (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Hey Victoria,
    i buy the theme in 10/2016 on envato market, and finally i´m not even shure that i ever rigister me here for support. :o
    There can be only email with dietmar or dietmarbuerer or mailfromdietmar @gmx.de ore some that ends on @wasndasnda.de or @dietmar-buerger.de, because these are my own domains.
    Can i simply create a new account?

    Hallo Dietmar,

    If you never registered for support then you won’t in our systems unfortunately. When you bought the theme you should have gotten a purchase code sent to you from Themeforest/Envato, do you have that code? If so then you can use it to register on the support forum.

    So…jetzt aber. :-)
    Das Problem, dass ich gerade habe, ist folgendes:
    Wenn ich auf meiner Seite einen neuen Blogeintrag erstellen will, erscheint nicht wie bisher der erweiterte Layout Editor. Wenn ich allerdings einen alten Eintrag bearbeiten will, dann ist er wieder da.
    Was mache ich da falsch?

    Hallo Dietmar,

    I can see that you are logged in now, I guess you found the purchase code? The problems you are having is likely due to you having an old version of the theme. We can help you out with updating if you post FTP login details in private as well, along with a confirmation that you have backups of the site.
