You still have Enfold 4.5 and WordPress is using Block editor. Please update to Enfold 4.5.7 or install the Classic editor plugin and disable Gutenberg.

Yes, this is how it normally works, the normal menu on big screens and the burger menu on small screens. I am seeing the burger and the mega menu on the desktop.
