No, the setting probably does not take into account the logo height, but for this case, there is an option to increase the header height as needed.

They all have different html layout and no particular class, I mean the text next to the icon. And so it’s hard to align it as it is.

LayerSlider update will be available with one of the next versions of Enfold. If you want to get updates earlier you can get the Layer Slider license and activate the Layer Slider.
