Enfold 3.8 is not built to work with the WordPress over version 5. And in your dashboard, there is a notification that you need to upgrade php too. So you need to upgrade the php, make a full website backup and update the theme.

The menu color for the transparent header can be changed in the Theme options > Header.
As for the Layer Slider, you need to add the div to the layer with all the html inside of it and give the div the border.
