Your header is not shrinking so it does not get the class header-scrolled. In this case, the css will not work, you need to replace it with JavaScript.

Well, yes and bo, in the advanced tab you can set some elements to have a different font too.
Roboto is not loading on that page so it needs to be loaded explicitly.

Such a menu setup and function is not available in Enfold, unfortunately. You might want to look for a mega-menu plugin that works like that.

Did you check while being logged-in in the WordPress? You should have tried in the incognito mode. Please add the code and try again. If it does not work, send us the screenshots.

Well, the floating cart works like that. The cart that is added to the menu is always displayed. Changing this behavior is out of the scope of the support that we provide here, unfortunately.
