What plugin do you use for user management? It should be there in the settings somewhere. It is not the theme sending those emails anyway.

The issue is on the Google end, you need to set it up correctly there, authorize the project, add billing and enable geolocation.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

Yes, there seem to be no errors but nothing happens.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

At this point, you need to update via FTP.
Please download a latest copy of the theme from themeforest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes
For more information please check the FTP install guide.
