You need to enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it:

Open a test page, create the layout you need, copy the shortcode to the widget and assign a widget to the correct area.

However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or check the WooCommerce forums :)

I wrapped the code for placing the logo to the center in the media queries so the code now affects only the big screens and does not break the mobile display.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Yes, the top header can be styled by the custom css but I cannot style it right now as it is broken.

Yes, the option to hide on mobile will only hide on mobile and not the tablets.

You can try the blog posts component.
