So you need to still add the Designed by [IMAGE 2] part, I do not see it there. Just add some class to the image so that it can be easily targeted by the css.

Because posts have many categories and they are returned as an array and so have to be treated differently.

You can try using this function instead:

get_the_category_list()

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or look for a plugin that has such a menu :)
