I am getting a 404 on the page you shared. Layer Slider does not get affected by the settings in the theme, it has it’s own inline styles and it’s own field to adjust that css.

Well, the tab section does not react to content added by ajax, unfortunately. You can add the masonry outside the tab section or add the link to another page where you showcase the masonry with the load more function.

Oh, you can try using the featured image slider and assign the products that you want to show.
The product slider does not have the one column option if there are more products to show.
