Yes, you can check for the page id and load only on the page by wrapping like this:

Well, there are no errors in JavaScript and yes, the images are loaded but do not display. There could be still JavaScript conflict, maybe the plugin authors will be able to point you in the right direction.

The thing is, the user name and API key are not added to the theme anymore, now you have to generate the token to register the theme and get updates. To generate the token for this license, you need access to this ThemeForest account. Do you have access to that account?
If not, you might need to purchase another license, this way you’ll have control over the account and get the fresh version of the theme.
