Well, what you can do is to have sidebar show up on those pages (when someone clicks one of the three boxes there) with more categories and/or breadcrumbs too. Other than that you will need to edit templates to have a different look/behavior.

However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or look for a plugin that allows you to set up custom urls for the breadcrumbs:)

Well, the title is not added to the big image, you can edit the /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/catalogue/catalogue.php file and add the title there.

This line:

$output .= "<{$item_markup['open']} class='av-catalogue-item'>";

change to this:

$output .= "<{$item_markup['open']} class='av-catalogue-item' {$title}>";

The featured image you have is 1500×630 in the original size, but the grid uses the 495×400 size and so it uses the cropped version. These images even have very different aspect ratios.
