Preview does not really work with Gutenberg and Advanced Layout Builder combination.
Anyway, if this keeps happening, please try re-building the page from scratch and see if the issue gets resolved.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or you might want to look for some kind of personalization plugin :)

The images are shown as a background and so they do not have an alt tag.
The background-image property doesn’t support that argument: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp. So there not much point in adding that to be honest with you. Divs don’t have alt either.

Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials?
I am not kidding, besides caching plugins, there is browser caching and it can be tricky. Also, it might be that the preview is not working properly and you need to publish the page to view changes.
