Thank you. Please reomve all the theme files from the root folder. They should only be in the wp-content/themes.
Which version of php are you running? Please update php to php7.4 and see if the issue gets resolved. If not, I will try to overwrite the theme over FTP.

You can try to activate the Layer Slider that is installed already. It should work. If it does not, you remove the bundled Layer Slider entirely. Yes, the new one will stil work with the theme.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
