    Hello, I was asked to start a thread here. We had problems with the Enfold theme ( I think it hadn’t been updated in a while) which caused a fatal error. I updated everything including the new version of Enfold and it’s still fatally erroring, and now I can’t even load the login screen for WordPress, it keeps timing out. Please can you advise? Thanks in advance!

    Hey rossicaffell,

    The WordPress login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. The login page loads fine on my end, you might want to try an incognito or private browser window to see if that works better.

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    I’m sorry but it hasn’t fixed anything, it’s still critically erroring, and now I can’t log in to wp.

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks for the update, I see the same problem on my end. Which PHP version are you running on the server? Please make sure that it’s 7.2 or higher.

    I tried logging in via FTP, but the details you posted are not working. Please check and verify.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I’m getting the same problem as Victoria though, please see private. The password might have some invalid characters, could you try pasting it again please, or try to type it out manually in private in your post.

    It can be that some locations are not allowed to access your FTP. Please check with the hosting provider.
