The recommended version of php is 7+, the menu seems to look fine now. If you want to upgrade your php and have a white screen please check the server log and send us the error.

Same as above: You’re running an old version of the theme, you might want to consider updating your theme. The code base of the widget might be outdated.

What you have there is an mp3, that’s an audio, not a video. There is nothing to see.
We need to see the actual css and html to be able to propose a solution for you. Please get back to us when you get the website to some testing server.

A breaking menu to a new line is just not going to help you. It will confuse your customers even more. A top level menu that has so many men items is just bad information design.
On the screenshots, besides the page we need to see the console. There might be some errors there.

The latest version of Enfold has a different menu, you might want to check it out. You can just uncheck the shrinking logo option for the menu not to shrink.
