This kind of customization is a quite complex one and I am afraid is not covered by our basic support. You might want to use the plugins that you mention above, just read the documentation, or hire a freelancer to do it for you. The theme does not handle permalinks. The snippet you have above is just for breadcrumbs and it does not handle permalinks.

I could not see the editor menu in the Appearance. DO you have the header.php file in your child theme? If yes, you need to update it with the fresh copy from the parent theme.
As for the WooCommerce issue, you should write to the WooCommerce support forum as well.

The hover looks the same on all pages, mobile menu kicks in at 990, it does not seem to overlay the menu. I did not see the widget in the header, the one that is present on the screenshot. Did you decide to not have it?

It’s the “blockquote” class that overrides the font-size, since it has “font-size: 13px !important;” applied to it. Remove that class and you will see the 34px font size.
