    Hi Kriesi-Team,
    We use Enfold in serveral webpages. Since the last update it won’t show the submenus in the burger menu (mobile devices) anymore.
    The menu settings are: “Always display submenu items”, the icon style is “Standard” and the sidebar flyout set on “Minimal”

    Is their any solution, yet?

    I am seeing the menu. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us. Also check on a different mobile device.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I deleted the caches (server cache of WP as well as the caches in the different browsers with which I tested). I also asked several colleagues to test the page.
    We all see the main menu (About us, What’s happening, Learning aso.), but we do not see the submenu e.g. of What’s happening, there should be News, Events calendar, School clubs aso.)

    Could you please countercheck, whether you can see the submenu as well.

    Hi,

    We made some fixes on the burger menu for the next update.

    Meanwhile you have to update file enfold\js\avia.js. Please replace the complete content of this file with the RAW paste content of

    https://pastebin.com/GNxvHFmA

    This link is valid for a few days. Make sure to make a copy of the original file to have a fallback and that you are using Enfold 4.1.2.

    If you have problem we can do the update for you, please give us FTP access to your server.

    Can you please check, if these fixes solve your problem and let us know?

    If not, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
