The description field just shows the text, it’s not a link. I think this checkbox is added by some plugin and so you might want to check that in the plugins docs.

Right now you’re still running a very old version of Enfold that is not built to work with this version of WordPress. You need to update php to php7.2 or higher, make a full website backup, and attempt an update.

This might be due to a third party plugin or a custom code added to the theme because we could not reproduce the issue on our own installation. Have you tried disabling the plugins or the modifications temporarily?

Well, deleting the whole website is one of the last options.
First, you can try rebuilding the contact page from scratch and see if the issue gets resolved.

This was an error in older versions of the theme. You might want to update the theme to the latest version.
