Not receiving contact form responses

I am using the Enfold Child theme and have two contact forms on my website, at the bottom of these pages:

To test, I asked a friend to fill out and submit each form, but I never received their responses in my email inbox. I also tried filling out the forms from the Chrome browser on my mobile device and that didn’t work, either.

I used the drag & drop Contact Form element when building each page, and I have my email address listed in the Backend>Your Email Address field.

Why am I not receiving the form responses?
