Sorry about that, Nikko! Please see below for the updated login.
Hi Nikko,
Yes, see the login information in the “Private Content”
Steps for recreating the issue:
1. In the Firefox browser, log into the website
2. On the left-hand side, click “Events”
3. Click on the “Intuitive Development” event
4. Update it from “Private” to “Public” – when you click the blue “Update” button, nothing happens (no loading, no error)Please note that we are able to update the event just fine using Google Chrome
I don’t user Firefox, so no extensions are installed. I have pasted what the console is saying within the “Private Content”
I have cleared caches on desktop and mobile, reset the site, and updated the theme & plugins. I have updated sections that are not cooperating, deleted said sections, and added new ones in their place. It still showing up incorrectly.

Please see the link to the staging site within the “Private Content”. It’s the same login information as I gave you before. I’m unable to locate the
wp-config.php file.February 15, 2022 at 7:33 pm in reply to: Attempting to Update Enfold to Version 4.8.9.1 – WooCommerce Error #1340774Hi there,
Please see the “Private Content” for the login credentials. Yes, we have backups available.
Looks like that did the trick! Thank you so much!

Hello,
Thanks for the reply! I updated the theme, cleared the cache and even created a new Private Token and the logo is still blurry. Please let me know what other troubleshooting I can do.
~MacKenzie
Thanks for the reply! We were able to get this figured out, was not a theme-related issue as they had initially thought!
Please see additional notes from my hosting support below:
That worked! Thank you!!
Hello Ismael,
Do you have any thoughts on this?
Thanks!
Ismael,
Please review the previous thread here; https://kriesi.at/support/topic/center-menu-website-content/. That is the original thread, and Nikko was able to help using the CSS that’s now causing problems.
I’m not sure why that specific code is causing the issues – is there a way to fix it? When I attempted to change 4 to a different number, it changed the number of menu items on either side – which is not what we want.
Please advise.
Ismael,
As far as the custom css goes, we’re you able to reference the replies I sent with the initial inquiry?
See below for new ow.
Thanks!
It looks great! Thank you!
Thank you, it looks great!
May 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm in reply to: "There has been a critical error on this website." Error Message WooCommerce #1299020Hello,
I just connected with our hosting provider and they were able to send me the error logs, which I have added to the Private Content.
May 7, 2021 at 5:22 pm in reply to: "Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce" Plugin Display Problem #1299009That worked! Thank you so much :)
Thank you for that! It appears something is now going on with the menu items when we attempt to change the browsing window size. I have included a link of a video showing what I mean.
Please advise.
April 15, 2021 at 3:20 pm in reply to: "Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce" Plugin Display Problem #1294583Hello Ismael,
Thanks for the reply back, however it seems that the code has some errors. When I added it to the PHP files, the website came back with this error:
502
The page request was canceled because it took too long to complete
What can I do?Site visitors: There was an issue serving your request, please try again in a few minutes.
Site Owners: A request for either a page, script, process, or query has taken too long to complete and has been cancelled due to a bad gateway. You should visit your error log for more information.
Please advise.

Thanks for all your help!
March 24, 2021 at 6:16 pm in reply to: Fullscreen Slider – Continue Automatic Rotation After Click #1290193Hello Michael,
We are getting very close!
It appears that auto rotation resumes once the controls have been clicked once. However, if you click the controls more than once, the function no longer works – the slides remain “stuck”. Can we please update it so that the function continues to work with multiple clicks on the slider controls?
Thanks!
March 22, 2021 at 7:00 pm in reply to: Fullscreen Slider – Continue Automatic Rotation After Click #1289688Hi Mike,
Thanks for the reply!
This is where it gets confusing for me “So the only steps you need to take, after installing the child theme, is to create a directory /shortcodes/ in your child theme, and then add a copy of the \wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\slideshow\ directory, and all the files to your child theme shortcodes directory. Then the last step is to customize the child theme instance of the \slideshow\slideshow.js as above and clear your browser cache.” – I’m not familar with updating PHP/FTP at all – is this something that you could assist with?
I created a staging site and added the login into the “Private Content” seciton.
Let me know if you can help or not.

I appreciate the reply, however, that’s how we added it to the site and the issue is still happening. Do you have any additional thoughts?
