I manage to solve it by going to a defualt theme, creating the menu from scratch and then turn back to enfold-child…

Hi Yigit,

all my plugins are off (did it as a default…)
when i switch to default theme – the menu works great.
but… when i turn back to enfold-child theme – the mega menu appears, even when i click it off.

another issue related to the menu – i have added some custom css to the header styling, but even after deleting the css. it is still appears.

the header above the menu should be white

I have tried again, on another site, and got the following error message:

Yes for both your questions,
I have to shut off all the plugins in this site http://www.lib-ventures.com every time that I want to edit any page with the enfold editor, which is not clear to me why?

both answers are great, finaly i managed to get to the admin are, and hope the memory issue is solved.
the only problem i still have is inserting icon font from the fontello zip file that I have uploaded to the site.
any solution?

Hi Peter,

See the hosting company answer:
“Changes to PHP settings can be effected from your ‘.htaccess’ file or via ‘php.ini’.
We do not offer web design services and so unfortunately cannot offer detailed support on coding or publishing issues”

Is there any way you can help me with it?

Hi David,

The problem was not the sidebar itself, but the menu inside the sidebar widget, which i did not chose.
Some how it solved, i don’t know how…
