Yes I would urgently like to know how to remove this message – even going back to the old enfold numbers check system has not worked Thanks Sam
Hi There ALL SORTED Hooray
We just had an update to WordPress 4.8.1 and the problem has disappeared – Thank you for offering to look in for me – we also had Archive Zip disabled in PHP and we upgraded our hosting to PHP 7 I think a combination of these things seems to have done the trick.

There is some additional css but I have not altered any theme files just designed the pages.
Should I be safe to try and update via ftp ?
I will try and make a backup with site duplicator, but have no idea about child themes

I have just tried deactivating all the plugins, the theme options and the ability to update the theme are still all missing like the screen shot shows here

I have added !important to every text line in the styling section of all front page slides still no joy here on the galaxy
any other ides?
Sorry should have said we are looking at Samsung galaxy 3 so it is the android system the secod slide has ! important at the end of each line in the styling section of the multi slider
Hi Yigit – That has worked on the first slider but NOT on any of the other slides can you look again on slides 2 3 4 and 5 and its the backgrounds to the words appearing on the slides in vertical mode on smart phones
I have made the thumbnails smaller now in the colour section and that has done the trick they were not resizing to fit in ie10 – all though initially the slide show was jerky after the theme version update and the respond.js plugin was installed for some reason it now seems to be working OK – can anyone check in ie8 and ie9 to see if the multi layered slider on the home page is working and no words are being cut off on the right of the screen?

Hi Devin, I have done both of these things now version 2.2 is live and the respond.js plugin is live but still the logo is looking to big compared to chrome and firefox and the pictures in the colour section at the bottom are all over the place, any other ideas? also is the slide show not going work properly in ie10??? all the gallery pages are jerky there is no gentle transition – everything is fine on the galleries in firefox and chrome

I had the same problem I just shortened the the url using Google url shortener and it works fine now http://goo.gl/ hope this helps
