Thanks for the login details and update. I tried importing the demo, but I get an error on my end as well. There server is responding with a 503 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they can see why the server is responding with that error please?

Thanks for the update. So you want to change the font only in the content of WooCommerce pages? If so then please try this CSS instead:

.woocommerce .main_color h1, .woocommerce .main_color h2, .woocommerce .main_color h3, .woocommerce .main_color h4, .woocommerce .main_color h5, .woocommerce .main_color h6 {
  font-family: verdana;
} 

And use this to remove the arrow:

.inner_product_header .avia-arrow {

}

Thanks for that. I still don’t fully understand the problem though, as Enfold has no element for the plugin in question. It won’t appear under Plugins Addition in the Layout Builder in other words. Isn’t there a shortcode you can use to generate the form? I know Contact Form 7 works that way for example. If you are able to use it in a widget then you can try to use the Widget Area element.

Please open the element options, then click on the element you want to edit in there. After that you get an option to select which icon you want to use, at the bottom of the modal.
