Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please add the content in 1/4 elements, inside of a Color Section, and we’ll have a look if we can give you some custom CSS to use.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .single-product .single_variation_wrap { margin: 10px 0px 20px 15px; } }Best regards,
RikardFebruary 5, 2021 at 5:48 am in reply to: URGENT – Where can I find the Google Services folder in the Enfold Theme? #1277837Hi Carole,
The theme doesn’t add Recaptcha to the login screen, but if you need to disable the theme, then you can rename the theme folder via FTP. That should activate one of the default WordPress themes. If you need to disable all plugins, then you can rename the whole plugin folder.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried experimenting with the test page a bit, and the problem starts when I add this as the second list item in the Text Block element:
FitForCommerce performed a full diagnostic of an international apparel brand’s ecommerce business, including UX, marketing, marketplaces operations, customer support and shipping. The deliverable included diagnostics results, prioritized recommendations to increase revenue through digital channels as well as a review of the current organizational structure and org design recommendations.
I can’t see any reason as to why that would not work though. I’ll check with the rest of the team to see if they can see what is going wrong. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You need to switch to the Block Editor in the main page of the theme options, please try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marc,
The gallery on the test page looks fine on my end using Chrome. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem, and let us know how to reproduce it please?

RikardFebruary 5, 2021 at 4:29 am in reply to: How to make the background of a product image transparent an with no borders #1277818Hi Markus,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.single-product .product .woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper a { background: transparent; border: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m seeing the same problem on my end unfortunately, but I’m not sure what exactly is causing it. Could you try to activate the parent theme to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please try to deactivate all plugins as well. If none of those measures should change anything, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, then clear all the WordPress transients using it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your child theme functions.php file, but I couldn’t see anything obvious wrong with it. Please try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one, to see which block of code is causing the problem on your installation.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please post FTP login details in private as well, so that we can have a look at your wp-config.php file.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly which version unfortunately, but if you should run 4.9.x with PHP 5.6, then I think it should work.

Did you try the option which lets you import the settings from your parent theme? If that doesn’t work then please let us know which CSS is not applying, so that we can have a closer look. Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, if you should need any further help.

RikardFebruary 4, 2021 at 8:29 am in reply to: Timeline element conflicts with every single plugin installed. #1277622Hey ComeAlivesorted,
Thanks for the login details. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I added a class to the columns in question, then this to Quick CSS:
.dashed_column { border-right: 2px dashed #2F396A !important; margin-left: 3%; padding-right: 3%; }I’m not sure if it’s what you had in mind, or if you want to keep on using the image? If so then we can try to set it as a background instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I added the last CSS block I posted to Quick CSS, and altered it a bit, and it’s applying to your site now. Please review it, and adjust the value to your liking.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any difference in the header size on the two pages you linked to, maybe you are referring to the first section on the page? On the catalog page for example, where it contains this text; CATALOGO Scopri tutte le nostre categorie?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly which sidebar you are using there, but please try to create your own under Appearance->Widgets.
About the menu; if that menu is auto generated, then please try adding your own Navigation Menu widget, to see if that helps.
