Hi Katrine,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-width: 70%; } #menu-item-shop .cart_dropdown_link { padding: 0 10px; } .responsive.html_bottom_nav_header.html_cart_at_menu #top #wrap_all .main_menu { right: 15px; } }Best regards,
RikardHey zebravision,
Enfold is fully compatible with CDN services. There can be problems with browsers blocking certain resources for security reasons though, since they are loaded from a different server, than your actual site. If that should happen on your site, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, and ask them for headers to allow the resources in question.
Best regards,
RikardHey higirl_21,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi Javier,
We don’t have access to purchase information unfortunately, Envato/Themeforest handles all of that for us. Could you try reaching out to their support instead, to see if they can help you out?
Best regards,
RikardHi Dick,
First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at the backend of your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi bourkedesign,
Thanks for the login details and screenshots. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marcus,
I checked your site on a MacBook Air, but with different screen resolution (1440×900), I can’t see any problems on my end though. Could you post a screenshot of the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, but how can you even see the widget if it’s not displayed for screens under 1100 pixels? Here’s what I see on my end: https://imgur.com/a/hy3LjbE
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I couldn’t access the page you are referring to, but I found something similar on the front page. I see that you are adding margins to the header, which is causing the problem. If you add padding instead, then you won’t get those results.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Which demo are you looking to import?

RikardHi welti,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Reading your initial request again, there’s is no specifications on how the scrolling was supposed to work, so it’s a bit hard for us to understand exactly what you had in mind. I agree with Victoria though, it will be difficult to achieve scrolling within a frame unfortunately. What you could try is to place containers in an absolute position behind the frame, so that the frame appears to be solid in all states.
Please note that we are here to provide support for problems with the Enfold theme. We are not a customisations service, although we will try to help our customers out with customisations as well. If you have a customer which is paying you for a customised website, then the responsibility is ultimately yours to deliver that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Soulshakin,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #after_layer_slider_2 { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardFebruary 8, 2021 at 8:24 am in reply to: Is there any update of expose theme to php 7 version? #1278565Hey feyt333,
Enfold is compatible with PHP 7. If you are having problems, then you are likely not running the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. If you assign a class to the bottom 1/4 element, for example bottom-column, then you add CSS like this in Quick CSS:
.bottom-column { margin-top: 100px; }Best regards,
RikardHey Powermindcoach,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-icongrid-numrow-3 li, .avia-icongrid-numrow-4 li, .avia-icongrid-numrow-5 li { width: 100% !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you disable all plugins, to check for a conflict coming from any of them?
Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
If it’s not displayed under LayerSlider, then would assume that it’s gone unfortunately. Did you keep any backups of your sliders, or the site in general? If you did, then you can try to recover the backup on a staging or local WordPress installation, then try to export the sliders from there.

RikardHey tapintoit,

RikardFebruary 8, 2021 at 5:36 am in reply to: PLEASE HELP!: ENFOLD THEME NOT SHOWING ON WORDPRESS #1278528Hi,
Thanks for the update. The theme is installed and running on your site, but you have to import a demo under Enfold->Demo Import, if you want one of the demos. Could you post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know which demo you want please?

You can set the image size in the Styling tab in the element options, did you try that out?
Best regards,
RikardHi Magnus,
Thanks for that. There’s a very long waiting period for the server to respond, as you can see in the test in private. We can’t do anything about that unfortunately, please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can help you out with that.
