Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I tried logging into your site, but the login page is giving me a 403 error:

Error occurred: 403 – forbidden

Are you blocking some country IPs maybe? I can access your site fine, but I’m not able to find the product page. Could you link to it directly in private please?

Hey buraud,

That only works with one accordion, not more than one. If you have 5 elements, and type in 3 in the Initial Open field, then the third accordion will be open on load.

Thanks for the update and screenshot. I wanted to login to have a closer look, but the login page is still giving me a 404 error.

The actual page works on my end, and the column link as well. I do see the language problem you are pointing out in the screenshot though.

Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site please? If you are using the image in question as a background, there there is no alt tag for that type of element.

Hi,

We can install a child theme for you, but you don’t really need one unless you have made, or going to make changes to any of the core theme files. I tried logging into your site just now, but the login details are not working again. Please check and verify.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I deactivated the Disable jQuery Migrate option under Enfold->Performance, and it started working after that. I’m not sure exactly why that is causing a problem, but it might have something to do with the Autoptimize, or Async JavaScrips plugins. If you want to experiment with it, then please try different settings in the plugins and theme, to see what works and what doesn’t. Also please make sure to update your PHP version 7.2 or higher.

Hi Alessio,

You can either load your templates into a new page, or if you want to see the actual shortcode, then you can activate debug mode (check the link above posted by Victoria). You will then see the shortcodes in a separate box under your Layout.

There was a problem in the theme, which meant that the shortcodes had to be regenerated on the page. That is one by simply editing an element, then saving the page again.

Thanks for the update. So what is different between that page, and the pages where you are not seeing this behaviour? We can’t do much about how one particular image is loaded unfortunately, the behaviour can be different on each load.

Hi,

You can try this CSS instead to try to target the different header states:

}

}
```
If that doesn’t work, then I don’t think we have a solution for your problem unfortunately.

Sorry for the late reply. I tried the video URL in a regular Video element, and it’s not working there either. It looks like the video settings on Vimeo doesn’t allow it to be embedded or played outside of their platform? Please see screenshot in private.

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
