Thanks for the details. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If so then it’s not theme related. You could try to change the name of file for example, the browser might have a problem with the dash at the end of the file.

Thanks for that. You can change the colour of that text, if you go to the Farben tab in the text block element options. I’ve done that for you, and it’s applying on your site now. If you want to set a default colour for text like that, then please try setting the Main Content Schriftfarbe option, in the theme options.

So you want to add the words from the link, above the video in the lightbox? If so, then that might be possible, but if would require heavy customisation to the theme, and would be out of scope of theme support.

Thanks for the update. The page content element does not have any class or ID fields, since all it does it to get the content from a different page. If you need classes or IDs added in the content of the page you are fetching, then you would have to add them to those directly.

If you are trying to target content on specific page, then it should be possible to do so without any special classes or IDs. If you need help with that, then we would need to see the actual content in question.

The developers of the plugin might know why the bar is missing as well. Like Yigit pointed out, we have no experience with the plugin, and the theme has no official compatibility for it. Please try to get help from the plugin developer first, and if you should need further help from us after that, then we can try to help you out.

Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the login details. Did you try disabling all other, non related plugins, to see if that makes any difference? Also, does it work as intended if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If not, then please let us know exactly which settings and plugins are needed in order to reproduce the problem you are having. We can provide you with a live testing site as well, so that we both can access the installation.

In the future, I would strongly advice that you perform all updates on a staging site first. If you do that, then you will never risk introducing errors like these, on your live site.

Sorry for the problem, and the late reply. We had problems with what you are describing in earlier versions of theme, but they should be solved in the version you are running. Did you select to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help, then please provide us with admin WordPress and FTP access in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Sorry for the late reply. I can’t see that notice on either of the pages you linked to, when is that displayed? Please note that all content has to be added manually to the product when using the Layout Builder. If you are missing something, then it might be better to use the default WordPress editor.
