Hey Paul,

The theme options started working after I disabled all plugins, but I’m still seeing error messages after that unfortunately. Are you pushing the site to live? If so then something might have gone wrong during that process, could you try pushing it again, or using some other method of publishing it?

Hi Carsten,

Thanks for that. I tried changing the z-index of the header to 2. When it’s at the top, the burger menu is correct then, but the top of the image loses its link if that is the case. I can’t give you a solution which works in all states unfortunately, the best solution would be to set z-index to 2 for the header, and let the top of the girls head to not be clickable while the browser is scrolled all the way up.

Hi Nic,

If the database is still intact, then you should be able to upload WordPress and the theme as you normally would. If the site was hacked, then the hack is most likely still there in the database though. If that is the case, then I would suggest that you get it cleaned by professionals like Sucuri.

Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing the same problem, but I can’t see any obvious cause for it. Did you try to disable all other plugins, except Elementor? If that doesn’t, help then I think you will have to try and reach out to Elementor for help.

We don’t have a problem with you using an existing license for development purposes, but once the site is live, then you need a license.

Thanks for the update, and for the test site. I do see the same problem as you are describing on my end as well. I can’t see any error messages which would indicate what the problem might be unfortunately. Did you try to disable all plugins except the front end publisher, to see if there might be a conflict with any of the other plugins?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Did you activate the child theme already? If so, then did everything work out as it should? If it did, then you don’t have to do anything else than importing the setting from the parent, to the child.
