I’m not sure what happened to your site, but load times can vary a lot. Your server might have been having problems, when you experienced the slow load times.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. So what is the difference between the home page, and the new page? Did you try to copy all of the shortcode, then remove what you don’t need after that?

Hi,

I can’t see any 500 errors on the page you linked to, how can we reproduce the problem you are having?

The resources loaded by the theme are needed for it to function properly. There’s is no functionality in the theme to deliver JS and CSS inline. You can compress resources under Enfold->Performance though.

Maybe it would be better if you create a custom element instead? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-element-templates/. Then you won’t have to work with custom shortcodes.

Hi Toni,

If you need different tracking codes for each language, then what you have done is correct. If you don’t need different codes for each language, then you can paste the same code in all languages.

I’m not if the theme code will clash with your plugin, but it’s likely better to only have the tracking code in one place.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/.

If the your site should not work after updating the theme, then please try updating WordPress to the latest version as well, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on your server.

Thanks for the update. It might be possible to do that with CSS yes, but it would likely take a very long time, and would be out of scope of theme support. I would recommend that you try the suggestion I posted previously first of all.
