Hi,

Did you read my reply earlier in this thread? 403 error means that the server is not allowing the action, we cannot fix this for you. You need to reach out to your hosting provider for further help.

Hey oldsportbiker,

What happens if you select the 2nd or 4th option under Enfold->Performance->Show Advanced Options->Unique Timestamp Of Merged Files And WP Object Cache Bug. Also make sure to activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files at the bottom of the Performance options page.

Don’t follow the link that I posted, inspect the page while trying to save something in the theme options and you will see it. This is a server error and not something that we can fix for you.

Hey bradmon,

I’m not sure I fully understand the problem, since the first two screenshots are of different sections? Please note that some cropping will occur when setting images are backgrounds that covers the whole container, and some browsers might render the backgrounds a bit differently.

Enfold does not have functionality for selecting which image should be shared on social networks, please try setting one using a plugin like Yoast SEO for example.

If you open the inspector in your browser, then you will see the 403 error. Direct access to that file is not possible, it’s not a front end file.

Hey David,

If you don’t own a license then you can purchase one here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. The update to 6.0.6 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
