Themeforest is not our site, please login to your account on Themeforest.

To download a purchased item from ThemeForest, log in to your Envato Market account, navigate to the “Downloads” section, find the desired item, and click the “Download” button to access the item’s files. You can choose between downloading the “Main Files” (containing all files) or the “License certificate & purchase code”.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
1. Log into your Envato Market account: ThemeForest is part of the Envato Market platform, so you’ll need to log in to your Envato account.
2. Navigate to the Downloads section: Envato Market Help Center provides instructions on how to find your downloads. Hover over your username, and you’ll find the “Downloads” link in the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the purchased item: Once in the Downloads section, find the specific item you want to download.
4. Click the Download button: Next to the item, you’ll see a “Download” button.
5. Choose your download option: The dropdown menu will offer options like “Main Files” (containing all files related to the item) or “License certificate & purchase code”. Select the appropriate option based on your needs.

Thanks for the screenshots. We are not familiar with that plugin, but it looks to be altering your blog page. Maybe there is a setting in the plugin to change that? I would advise that you reach out to the plugin developer for further help.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I didn’t see any difference when all plugins were deactivated and the parent theme was active on my end either. I do see a 500 internal server error on the WordPress file in private, why that I’m not sure of though. Could you share server error logs with us please? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to check if they know why the server is returning an error on that file.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’ve imported the top level pages for you, please let us know if you should need anything else. Note that images are not included, but I’m guessing that you will replace them with your own anyway? If not, then you can download them from the demo pages by right clicking on the image and select to save them on your local machine.

Thanks for that. I’m seeing a 503 server error on the file in private. We cannot fix server errors for you unfortunately, so you might want to reach out to your hosting provider for further help. If you want to try to import the demo manually, then please let us know which content that you are interested in.

Hi,

We are not able to reproduce this problem on our test installations, and we haven’t had any reports from other users with the same problem. Are we allowed to deactivate plugins and themes on your site? If you don’t want to perform such actions on your live site, then please copy the site to a staging site.
