Hey robbyro,

A child theme is used to override the parent, you select what to add to the child theme and you update your code directly in the child if you should have the need for it. Automatic updates will only update the parent.

Thanks for the login details. The warning disappears if the parent theme is active, so it’s likely that it’s generated by something in your child theme. Please try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see when the warning comes back. Also note that a warning won’t cause any problems on your actual site.

Thanks for the update. Are you referring to the Gutenberg plugin? If so, then you don’t need that plugin. The Gutenberg editor is now part of WordPress core.

Thanks for that. I can see the problem on my end as well, but I’m not sure what is causing it. Please try to replace the current theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account, either via FTP or by uploading it as if it was new under Appearance in the WordPress menu.
