Hey waterwalk,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi Julien,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Yes, that file seems to be coming from a theme which is not installed on your site, which is a bit strange. The problem you are having is not a general problem with the theme, so I’m not sure why this is happening unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they can see why you are getting error messages from a theme file which is not installed on your site please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I created a test page, please see private. I can’t see any redirections happing there though. Please note that there is no redirection functionality built into the theme by default, so it’s likely a plugin or custom code applying that.
Best regards,
RikardHey mattb1169,
It works as it should on my end, did you manage to find a solution?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshots. Do you want to add that line to all Color Section elements? Please post a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look at it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for that. I can’t see any obvious reason as to why this would be happening unfortunately, could you try disabling all plugins to see if that changes anything please? Also please try enabling the parent theme, if disabling plugins doesn’t make any difference. If you don’t want to perform this on your live site, then you might want to consider copying the site to a staging server.

Hi,
Thanks for that. The CSS is already applying to your site, so I didn’t change anything. If you can’t see any change on your end, the please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can do that using full width element like Color Sections or Grid Rows. You can set the container size in the theme options, under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions.

Please provide us with details in private, so that we can see the actual element on your site.

RikardHey amollde,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #avia_feature_image_slider_1 h2.avia-caption-title { background: blue; padding: 10px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_main ul.social_bookmarks { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
This CSS coming from your child theme seems to be causing the problem:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .col2-set .col-2 { float: none !important; } }Please try to remove or edit it.
Best regards,
RikardHey czar,
Please try setting that under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Look for the Main Menu Links options, then check to box to only apply the styling on hover. If you need further help, then please post a link to the site in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. This behaviour is likely caused by a recent change in Google Maps. Please refer to this thread for temporary solutions: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/the-screen-is-jumping-immediately-to-the-footer-upon-page-load/
Best regards,
RikardHi Braymond,
Yes that is correct. When using file compression in the theme, it creates a problem with the SG Optimiser.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ruben,
I’m not sure exactly which image you are referring to, do you mean that you are seeing the wrong image when you are sharing something on Facebook for example? If so then please try using an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/, and set your preferred image for social networks there.
Best regards,
RikardHi Laure,
It seems to be working as expected on my end when using Chrome, in which browser are you seeing this problem? Also please post a screenshot highlighting the problem you are seeing.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
#custom-table .pricing-table { border: 3px solid #719430; }Best regards,

RikardHey MikeTandySwag,
I can’t see a custom class added to the columns, but you can target them specifically using CSS like this instead:
.home #av_section_2 .flex_column.av_one_third:hover { animation: grow 1s; animation-fill-mode: forwards; position: relative; z-index: 50; }Best regards,
RikardJune 14, 2021 at 5:25 am in reply to: Embedded Facebook videos no longer appearing or displaying intermittently #1305500Hey GWS,
I don’t think this is theme or platform problem, could you try activating one of the default WordPress themes to verify that please? I checked in Chrome, and all the videos were blocked there, but most of them worked in Opera for example. There’s nothing in the theme which would only load some videos in some browser, and block all of them in another browser.
Best regards,
