You can create your own footer in a page layout, then set that page as your custom footer under Enfold->Footer. If you would like to keep your current footer, then you can drag the element that you want to add to a new layout. You can then enable debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options in order to display the theme shortcodes, and copy the shortcodes to your widget.

You can buy more than one license with the same account yes. You can create different tokens for each license to keep track of them: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Try removing the padding top argument.
