Sorry for the problem, and for the late reply. We released a bug fix version yesterday (4.8.5), could you try updating to that please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
If you are running WordPress 5.8 then the widget layout has changed in that version. If you want to switch to the previous layout, then please try this in your functions.php file:

The purchase code can be found in your Themeforest account, or the receipt which was issued by Envato/Themeforest when the license was purchased. I’m guessing that you don’t have access to either of those, so maybe you could try reaching out to the person who made the purchase? If you can’t get the details you need, then you might need to buy your own license.

There were some problems introduced in the latest version of theme, due to us having restructured the backend for many elements. We are planning a bug fix release for later today, if everything goes to plan. If you want us to roll back your site to version 4.8.3, then we can do that for you.

Make sure that the Apperance->Theme Editor functionality is active on your installation, if it’s not, then please include FTP login details as well. If you need further help with fixing your site, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also make sure that Appearance->Editor is active on your installation. If it’s not, then please include FTP login details as well.

There’s no functionality for that built into the theme unfortunately. You would have to look for third party solutions for functionality like that, but I’m not aware of any which I could recommend.

Your container size is set to 1010 pixels, that is why the menu and logo are overlapping. If you want to increase the size of the container, then you can do so under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions. If that is not what you are looking to do, then please try to explain your intentions a bit further. Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at the back end.
