Hey louisvillegeek,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey TSPCart,
That is a fairly new feature, and OpenStreetMaps is the only extension for now.
Best regards,
RikardHey cristinagrafik,
Thanks for the screenshot and login details. The page your linked to only redirects to the backend of the site when I try to access it though, did you remove it? And about your problem; do you not want the text to wrap under the image?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Did you try to disable all other plugins, then enable WooCommerce? If not, then please try that out. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so. Also please make sure that you have backups of the site before you start making changes.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve made an example for you on the page you linked to, please have a look at that. You might want to give the divs classes instead, so that you can move the styling into Quick CSS instead for example.
Best regards,
RikardHey magpublisher,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try updating your PHP version to 7.4 or higher. Also please try disabling all plugins, if the updates should not have any effect.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for helping out @guenni007. Did you try that CSS out, and did you have any luck with it @eleina_shinn?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .pricing-table li.empty-table-cell { display: none !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/uErSML.jpg. If you can’t see those options, then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.6.3): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi Enigma,
Thanks for reaching out to us. If you can’t get the license in question from the developers of your site, then you will have to buy a new license. You can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. Once you have access to the theme files, then please follow this article in order to register your license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardSeptember 30, 2021 at 5:54 am in reply to: Enfold after load enfold child – all path are wrong #1322931Hey swissclick,
I can only see an error message screen on the page you linked to:
500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. That shouldn’t happen if you have only uploaded a child theme, but not activated it. Maybe you did something else which would cause the internal server error?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for the links. Do you mean that you want the menu items in the widgets to be more bold, like in the main menu?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for letting us know, I’ll close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you have rolled back your site to the previous version, would you be able to update on a staging site so that we can see the actual problem please? If not, then please let us know what exactly we need to do in order to reproduce this problem.

RikardSeptember 30, 2021 at 5:09 am in reply to: Enabling the side bar on blog posts distorts my content. Please help. #1322917Hey samanthashea,
Thanks for the login token. I’m not sure where your screenshot is taken from, but if you want the sidebar to start below the image, then you would have to add the image to full width element, like a Color Section. Please try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It’s strange that your error logs doesn’t show anything, even though there was a critical error. We would be happy to help you out, but we’re not really familiar with how the functionality you are trying to use in Yoast works, so the support at Yoast would likely be in a better position to help you out with this problem. Please try reaching out to them, and let us know here if you should need any further help from us.
