Hi Alwin,
Thanks for that. Please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-21 #full_slider_1 h2.avia-caption-title { float: right; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure how we can help you out if we can’t even see the problem on your actual site. Did you try using a different network or machine?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this in Quick CSS in order to center both the logo and the menu:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #footer #media_image-3, #footer #custom_html-3 { width: 100%; } }Styling the menu looks difficult though, since there seems to be a lot of non break space characters added to it. Maybe it would be better if you added a new widget, and hide the current one for mobile, and the new one for all screen sizes except mobile?
Best regards,

They are centered in the table which you are currently using, I’m not sure exactly how you want to center them though? Maybe you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions?

What exactly are you looking to align and how? Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements in question?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Maybe there is a setting in Smush which causes the problem? You can try to deactivate everything in the plugin, then activate the settings one by one after that.

You can publish the page privately, it should not appear in searches if you do that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Günter,
I’m guessing that the button will only appear on regular pages and posts, not custom post types. Could you try reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they can help you out with that? We are not familiar with the plugin in question unfortunately.

Please try to enable the advanced options for custom elements: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-element-templates/#custom-elements-advanced-options
After that, please try following this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-element-templates/#custom-elements-advanced-option-custom-elements-for-subitems

You have selected to use a custom page for your footer under Enfold->Footer. The content you are looking to change is available in the page in private.

RikardHi Charles,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m not sure what you mean by your license key not being active, do you mean that you can’t access the support forum?
About the problem on your site; could you try to explain what you are having problems with a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried deactivating all plugin, and the problem goes away after that. Please try to deactivate all plugin, then activate them one by one to see which one is causing this problem.

RikardHi Kati,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t see any problems with the Layout menu on my end, could you try a private or incognito browser window to see if that helps please?
About the missing logo; which solution did you try? Did you check this thread? https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hotfix-for-the-missing-logo-issue-on-enfold-4-8-6-4/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I’ve have activated debug mode on your installation, and created a test page (see private, 1). The same problem is still happening on the test page though, and I’m seeing a 403 forbidden server error message when trying to edit the buttons. I’m not sure why this is happening unfortunately, do you have server logs which you could share with us? It might be a good idea to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they know why the server is returning that error message on the file in private (2). It seems to only happen when trying to edit the buttons, which is a bit strange.
I’ll ask the rest of the team for help with this as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried editing a few settings in the Button Row, and I added a new button, but I still can’t see any problems on my end when updating the page. Do you have step by step instructions on how to reproduce this problem?
Best regards,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It should be possible yes, but I’m not sure exactly what is breaking the layout unfortunately. Did you try to add the actual markup instead of the shortcode? If not, then please try something like this:
<span class="av_font_icon avia_animate_when_visible av-icon-style- avia-icon-pos-center avia-icon-animate"><span class='av-icon-char' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'></span></span>Best regards,
RikardHi Greg,
The burger menu is displaying on my end, but the layout doesn’t look very good. Could you provide us with a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make on mobile please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried updating that page a few times, but it seems to working as expected on my end. Is there anything in particular that we need to do in order to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you try using a html bullet instead? Just remove the blank spaces between the characters:
& # 8 2 2 6 ;You could try wrapping it in a span tag as well. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey pamk21,
Yes, it’s by design, since some platforms like IOS do not support autoplay videos by default.
Please try this in Quick CSS if you want the mobile menu on tablets as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
