In one of my Enfold installations, the Button Row element is not working, I have tried to edit a button row many times, inserted on differnet pages, can sometimes edit, but most times I get a blank pop up with no option of editing and when I do edit something (when it allows me to), the changes don’t seem to stick.. Have tried over and over again. Every other element seems to work, except this one.
Here’s a screenshot of what the button element looks like when I open it, most typically: screenshot-047f6450c0.nxcli.net-2021.10.20-13_50_58October 21, 2021 at 7:00 am #1325806
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where we can reproduce the problem on your actual site. The screenshot you posted is not working.

We would like to enable debugging mode for ALB – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well? :)

Yes, of course, here you go, will place in private content. Thank you for looking into this.October 26, 2021 at 5:09 am #1326431
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I’ve have activated debug mode on your installation, and created a test page (see private, 1). The same problem is still happening on the test page though, and I’m seeing a 403 forbidden server error message when trying to edit the buttons. I’m not sure why this is happening unfortunately, do you have server logs which you could share with us? It might be a good idea to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they know why the server is returning that error message on the file in private (2). It seems to only happen when trying to edit the buttons, which is a bit strange.
I’ll ask the rest of the team for help with this as well.
