Thanks for that. I’ve fixed the problem for you, please review your site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t tell you why you are not seeing the ads on your Chrome desktop browser unfortunately, but it’s likely that it’s something local to your machine.
Magazine element: I’ve added the fix for you, and it’s working as it should now.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for the update. If you don’t want to experiment with your live site, then please copy it to a staging site and make the change there. We haven’t had any reports from other users having the same problem on the version you are running, and we can’t reproduce it on test installations either. It is therefor likely that the problem is local to your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
No, I can’t see any login details in this thread. Please try sending it again, and remember to write something in the public box as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey I-Visio,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-3231 .avia_code_block_0 { height: 470px; max-width: 470px; overflow: scroll; }Best regards,
RikardHi Corne,
Thanks for the update. We still haven’t been able to reproduce this problem on our end, so we’re still not sure what is causing it unfortunately. If you need further help, then please copy the site to a staging area, so that we can check it out there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Maybe it would be better if you set the backgrounds in the actual layout builder? You can do so by adding your content to Color Section elements for example. We could give you CSS to use, but this would set the entire footer to white:
#footer-page .main_color { background-color: #fff !important; }You can remove the space at the bottom by using this CSS:
#footer-page main { padding-bottom: 0; }Best regards,

Thanks for the update. We would need access to WordPress to check the error as well though, could you post admin WordPress login details in private as well please?
Best regards,

RikardHi,
I have plugins added to Chrome, which is called AdBlock. I simply click on the AdBlock icon in the Chrome toolbar, then allow your site to show ads. I’m not sure if Chrome is set to not show ads by default, but I don’t think that is the default setting.
About the Magazine element problem; we have a solution ready now. Could you share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can implement the fix for you please?
Best regards,
RikardHey golpo,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The lines can be removed with this CSS:
#menu-item-shop { border-color: transparent; }You can remove the search icon under Enfold->Main Menu->General->Append search icon to main menu
Try this to change the border colour around the related products:
.related .inner_product { border-color: #fff; }Best regards,

Please replace /enfold/template-configbuilder/avia-shortcodes/magazine/magazine.php with this file: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_8/alb/magazine.php. If you need help doing so, then please share admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
Thanks for that. I added this for you in Quick CSS, and it’s showing as it should after that:
.avia-content-slider-inner { min-height: 122px; }Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please activate the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality in WordPress if you can’t get FTP login details. Otherwise we can’t access the theme files in any way.

Here’s what I see on my end: https://snipboard.io/lnZzsD.jpg. Could you try using a different browser?
Best regards,
RikardHi Frans,
Thanks for the update. Could you give us access to a site where we can see the problem using the latest version of the theme please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the same thing on both the pages you linked to, did you remove the code block from both of them? If you need further help, then please create a test page where we can see the actual problem. Also, which form did you add in the code block? If the problem is caused by third party code or a plugin, then our support is limited unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem with the ads on my end, please see screenshot in private for what I see on Chrome after allowing ads on your site. I see the same thing in Chrome as I do in Firefox, Safari and Opera.

Do you have any caching or minification plugins? If so then please try to clear the cache from them, or deactivate them temporarily to see if that changes anything. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Graham,
Please refer to this in order to register your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi Thorsten,
Thanks for that. It looks like the server is returning 500 server errors on some resources, I’m not sure why that is though. Could you try changing your site address and URL to https to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please share server error logs with us.
Best regards,
