I can’t see exactly where it’s coming from, since you have file compression active. If you need further help with finding that, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardJanuary 21, 2022 at 5:01 am in reply to: H3 style on one page different than on the other page #1336453Hi Raymond,
It looks like Open Sans is being used on the front page, and Helvetica on the other two pages. Also, the headers are not h3, they are all h1 elements. It looks like you have used a third party layout builder to create your pages, maybe there is a setting in your headers which you might have missed? If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Magnus,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardJanuary 20, 2022 at 2:44 pm in reply to: responsive adjustment on small screens works only partially #1336366Hey Susanne,
The tag on the front page is h1, and on the sub page it’s h2, and you have this CSS applying to the h2 on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { .responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { font-size: 20px !important; } }How do you want to change the h1 for mobile?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve edited the layout for you, and added classes and CSS in Quick CSS. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-masonry-container .av-masonry-entry-content { font-size: 14px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
The CSS I gave you will only apply on single posts, if you want it to apply globally, then you can edit the h2 element under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi Manfred,
Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site please?

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.postid-10075 h2.av-special-heading-tag { text-transform: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi Josephine,
Please add the text blocks in the 1/5 elements in the 2/5 element instead, and wrap them in divs with a class added to them. After that we can give you some custom CSS to use. Also please link to where we can see the actual elements.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’ve removed your purchase code and email from your first message.

RikardHey TOM,
A valid theme license is not the same thing as a valid support period. We left the forum open for everyone before, but now we need to check if our users have valid support periods since it’s a requirement from Themeforest/Envato. If you need to extend your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

RikardJanuary 20, 2022 at 10:39 am in reply to: "There has been a critical error on this website." #1336318Hi,
Thanks for that. It doesn’t seem to be possible to edit that page in any way, since the error message appears if you do. I created a test page with a Grid Row element on though, and that seems to be working as expected. Please see private. Did you add any custom code to the problem page maybe? If so, then that might be creating problems. Maybe you want to try to recreate the page?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We don’t have any documentation on that unfortunately, but when it’s active, it will combine all CSS and JS files into one file each. If you add CSS or change settings in the theme, it might have to be toggled or turned off temporarily for the changes to take effect.
Best regards,
RikardHey prerules,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
First page:
.page-id-4166 .pricing-table li.avia-heading-row { background-color: #bf2029; border-color: #bf2029; } .page-id-4166 .pricing-table li.avia-pricing-row { background-color: #4eb2cd; border-color: #4eb2cd; }Second page:
.page-id-4468 .pricing-table li.avia-heading-row { background-color: #daa24e; border-color: #daa24e; } .page-id-4468 .pricing-table li.avia-pricing-row { background-color: #5b4f46; border-color: #5b4f46; }Best regards,
