Thanks for that. The login URL you posted is working, but we can’t change anything for you since we are missing FTP login details. Did you try to replace footer.php and header.php with the parent version? It should work as expected after that, and you can add your overrides to those files once you have verified is as working.

Thanks for the update. The reason was likely that the sliders got the same ID after a recent update, when I removed the duplicate ID then it started working as it should. This should not happen again, so you won’t have to worry about it from now on.

Thanks for the update. If you have a login without password, then we need the custom URL for that, not the regular WordPress login URL. Please either post the custom login URL in private, or manual login details.

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting the update.

I’m still not able to see any problems on my end, but you can try this in Quick CSS to see if that changes anything:
