RikardHi Matt,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure how that can be done unfortunately, as the problem seems to be related to a third party plugins. Could you try reaching out the plugin developers for further support please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure I understand the problem you are having though, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There’s no point in setting different break positions for those elements, since it’s the natural flow if you add the header and the blog posts in the same container. I did it for you, so that you can see how it’s done. You simply drag all the elements into the same 1/2 element. Please review your site.

The shortcode window is only be available on the backend, so you shouldn’t have to worry about bots indexing it.

I think that code should work in the Google Analytics Tracking Code field, did you try to add it there?

Thanks for the update. The reason is that it can create unexpected results on mobile unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that the background is showing as it should when logged in, but not when logged out. That suggests a problem with caching, since caching plugins are usually not showing cached content to logged in users. Could you try clearing all caches from the site, or try to temporarily deactivate all caching to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried creating a new page, and I checked your front page, but I can’t see anything going wrong. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?
Best regards,

RikardHey tsvweinsberg,
Thanks for the login details. Could you try uploading the image in .ico, .png or .gif format instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
That is because you had open invalid/open CSS in Quick CSS:
.footer_color h3, .footer_color a, .footer_color p, .footer_color strong { color: #fff;I fixed that for you, and the settings are applying now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried logging in, but I got this error message on the first attempt:
ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 9924 hours.
How can we access the backend of your site?
Best regards,
RikardHey lefteris,
It would be great if you could be a bit more specific, and show us the actual problem, since we are not aware of this being a general problem in the latest version of the theme. If you want a discount, then please reach out to Themeforest, as they handle all sales related matters for us.
Best regards,
RikardHey Lefteris,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHey extraeyes,
I can’t see any missing images on the page you linked to. Please post screenshots of the problem you are having, and let us know on which page(s) we can see them.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ariyo Arinsa,
Please post a link to where we can see the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
You can set separate styling for bold text under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Look for the strong tag in the list.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s below 5.0, then please try updating to the latest version of the theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardJune 12, 2022 at 8:46 pm in reply to: Can't edit pages, page content won't load, elements not clickable #1354983Hi,
It goes away when WooCommerce is deactivated. You have some functions in functions.php which might be causing the problem, please try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see when the problem starts again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The settings apply when I remove all code from Quick CSS, so you have one or more errors in there. Please check your code using a CSS validator like this: http://csslint.net/. I’m guessing that you have left one or more media queries open.

Thanks for the update. I deactivated all plugins, and the problems goes away after that. I’ve left them deactivated so that you can check yourself. Please try activating the plugins back one by one, to see when the problem starts again.

Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins temporarily? If you should need any further help, then please share server error logs with us.

Thanks for that. On which page or pages can we see this problem happening? Also please point out the specific element.

RikardHi,
I don’t think contacting WordPress support is all that difficult: https://wordpress.org/support/welcome/. The people on that forum should be in a much better position to help you out, since they support the default features in WordPress. We are obviously focused on our own product, and we don’t always know how things should work in regards to default WordPress features.
The padding setting is not available when Enfold is the active theme, so that might be a theme problems, but I would have to clarify that with our developers. It’s available if you activate Twentytwentyone for example: https://snipboard.io/f9rcA7.jpg
