Hey reidmccallhhi,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.0) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,

Then it’s better if you set the smaller pixel value in the theme option, and use custom CSS for the header and footer:
.av-logo-container, #footer .container { width: 1310px; max-width: 1310px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I just realised that you didn’t post a user name for the FTP account, please post complete FTP login details in private.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
You could try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one, to see which function is causing the problem. I think this is something you shouldn’t need at all:
/* Woocommerce 3.0.0 Compatibility Fix Remove Enfold’s custom functions that conflict with the new image display in WooCommerce 3.0.0 */ global $woocommerce; if( version_compare( $woocommerce->version, ‘3.0.0’, “>=” ) ) { function avia_woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail_description($img, $attachment_id, $post_id, $image_class ) { return $img; } function avia_woocommerce_post_thumbnail_description($img, $post_id){ return $img; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I uploaded the modified file for you, and it’s working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey thijmens,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { div.inner_product.av-product-class- { min-height: 780px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you are using the Block Editor, then it’s located in the sidebar: https://snipboard.io/u53tnQ.jpg
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Appearance->Theme Editor is turned off on your installation, maybe from your security plugin. Please activate that option, or post cPanel login details, we might be able to create a FTP account there.

Thanks for the update. So the site breaks after you have updated? Could you try copying the site to a staging server, then perform the update there first please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you try to upgrade the account you gave us to have administrator rights please? We would appreciate FTP login details as well, if that would be possible.

RikardHey ibrahimsyed132755,
Are you overriding header.php or footer.php on a child theme? If so, then please try to replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

RikardHi,
Is the theme updated or not? It’s likely that your security plugin is blocking the check from the theme.
The 500 internal server error seems to not be related to the theme. If you need further help with that, then share server error logs with us.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Your container width is set to 1310 pixels:
.responsive .container { max-width: 1310px; }So I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. That page loads, but only the header and title bar. There are no error messages either which could indicate what is going wrong. If you have a recent backup, then I would recommend that you revert to that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Eline,
This CSS seems to be causing that:
.sub-menu { max-width: 145px; border: none !important; }Did you add that? If so then please try to alter it. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can create a new account first, with administrator rights. After that you delete the old account, and you will get an option there to assign all content to another user. After that you can delete the old account, and change the details of the new account.

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { h2.avia-caption-title { font-size: 40px !important; } }Best regards,
