Hey Pavel,

If you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the license in question, then you don’t need to purchase anything. You would have to register your theme license in order to receive updates though: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

We cannot see any reasons why the layout builder is not loading unfortunately. Do you have a staging area on the same server where you can add a new WordPress installation maybe?

If there are any theme copyright infringements then they should direct those claims directly to us. I’m not sure exactly what that is referring to, but it doesn’t seem theme related.

Hi Marjo,

I see that you are still running an old version of theme, so updating is the first thing that you should try. If you are going to upgrade your PHP version, then I would recommend that you keep backups of the site which you can restore if something unexpected should happen after the upgrade.

Thanks for the update. This does not seem to be theme related, since the error is coming from core WordPress files, it looks like the it’s not present on all pages though? I checked the blog page, and it doesn’t look to be present there?
